Wash and coarsely chop cilantro. Add to a blender along with the remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth. Add more water if needed to facilitate processing.
Store in a glass jar in the fridge for 5-7 days.

Have a tablespoon (or more) cilantro chutney with any meal as a flavorful digestive aid.Wonderful with Indian food, rice, fish, chicken, potatoes, as a sandwich spread, or part of a savory breakfast with eggs.
Optional coconut
Some people love coconut, and some people don't. If you don't use the coconut you might enjoy more honey for sweetness.
