    Here in baking and desserts you will find recipes that are gluten-free, or with gluten-free options, always egg-free, often low in refined sugars, and designed for maximum flavor and a brilliant eating experience.

    Everything that I do with my baking and desserts is with healthy digestion in mind. Reducing wheat and sugar, and eliminating eggs from desserts means that your body doesn't have to work as hard to digest them. This is true even if you don't have food allergies or food intolerances.
